Precast Concrete
Precast concrete is a construction product made by casting concrete in a reusable mold or “form” which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place.
Precast concrete offers many advantages over on-site cast concrete. It provides a high level of quality assurance as the precast concrete is manufactured under factory-controlled conditions. The use of precast concrete also reduces noise and vibration on construction sites, as well as minimizing the health and safety risks associated with working with wet concrete.
Precast concrete can be used for a wide variety of applications, including architectural precast, structural precast, and mechanical and electrical precast concrete. Precast concrete is an economical choice for projects of all sizes, from small residential to large commercial and industrial buildings.
